To prevent any delays, we highly recommend informing us within 7 days so that your return can be safely processed to Korea.

We accept returns for unopened and unused products in original, sealed packaging, including labels and free gifts (if applicable).
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Broken seals or tampered packaging
- Items damaged by the customer
- Free samples or sale items

No. Our registered address in Singapore is for business administration only.
Returns are processed in Korea, and the address will be provided after your request is approved.

For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Please send us photos within 7 days of receiving your package:
✔ Photo of the shipping waybill attached to the box
✔ Photo of the entire box with the waybill visible
✔ Photo of the entire affected product(s)
This helps us verify the issue with the courier and supplier.
